At NatureToCapsule, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in resellable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements (for safety reasons)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, processing times may vary.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@naturetocapsule.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.


Non-Returnable Situations

  • You returned an item without contacting us first
  • The return arrives after the 30-day window
  • The product is opened or tampered with
  • Your item was marked “final sale” at the time of purchase

Where to Send Returns

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving confirmation from our team.
